5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
• One bonus offer cannot be combined with another unless explicitly stated.
• If rbaji finds evidence of bonus abuse, it may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be deducted.
• A bonus is not free cash — it is a conditional offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The rbaji VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Cashback is based on weekly net losses. For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account. A self-exclusion request may be made for responsible gaming reasons — in this case, the account will be locked for a specified period.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login for an extended period. Support will be informed about any balance remaining in an inactive account.
